WELCOME TO THE BURNING RIVER FEST VOLUNTEER WEBSITE!
Volunteers are the backbone of the Great Lakes Burning River Fest.  Thank you for helping us make a difference!

REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER:

• Click the Sign In link on the top right corner of this page or simply scroll down this page to the volunteer assignment list, locate your first choice and click the Sign Up button to the left of that description (clicking on the blue title of any volunteer assignment will bring up a more complete description of that position).
• Click the Register button to complete the registration form (please note that you must complete all required fields in order for your form to be processed).
• Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form.  If you are taken back to the registration form, it is because more information is needed.  Scroll to the top of the page and complete the red instructions. Click the Save and Continue button again to submit your registration.  You are now registered.
• Now you will be able to go back into the Burning River Fest Volunteer Website, sign in using your new username and password, and select your volunteer assignment(s).
• Please be sure to add rbendlak@bendlakassociates.com to your safe sender list so our volunteer update e-mails are not blocked by your spam blocker.

SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT(S):

• Sign in with your username and password. 
• Scroll down through the list of volunteer assignments.  Click the Sign Up button to the left of the volunteer assignment in which you are interested.  Many of our volunteers wish to work more than one shift.  If you wish to sign up for multiple volunteer assignments, you must do so one at a time.
• Follow the prompts to finalize your volunteer assignment.  Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, regular volunteer communications with pertinent information and a reminder email three days prior to the event.

-> In many cases, the buttons to register for volunteer assignments and to confirm registration are located at the bottom of the page, so don't forget to always scroll down.

CANCEL OR CHANGE VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS:

• Sign in with your username and password. 
• Scroll down to Your Upcoming Events. 
• Locate the volunteer assignment that you wish to cancel or change and click the Cancel button located to the left of that assignment.  Follow the prompts to cancel the selected assignment. 
• If you want a different assignment, go back to the volunteer assignments listing and click the Sign Up button to the left of the volunteer assignment in which you are interested.

FORGET USERNAME OR PASSWORD?

• Email Rebecca Bendlak, Event Manager, at rbendlak@bendlakassociates.com.  Include your name and the new password that you want.  You will receive a confirmation email when your password has been changed.
